O mașină de sloturi este trimisă din greșeală la bar. Toată lumea este captivă de jocul ei, ceea ce pentru ei nu este un lucru rău, deoarece mașina plătește tuturor, cu excepția Rebeccăi. Ea vede seria ei de pierderi la mașină ca pe o metaforă a vieții sale. Simțindu-se rău pentru ea, Sam face ca mașina să plătească Rebeccăi pentru a o face să se simtă mai bine.
