Gândind că Homer nu o mai găsește atractivă, Marge decide să își facă liposucție, dar în schimb primește implanturi mamare. Ea devine adorată de mulți dintre bărbații din Springfield și devine model de promovare pentru târguri comerciale. Între timp, Bart și Milhouse încearcă să imite o cascadorie pe care au văzut-o într-un episod din Batman, în care apare Krusty Clovnul.
